A special investigative officer teams up with a serial killer – both women – to crack down on a crime syndicate involved in child trafficking in which a minister is also involved. Hackneyed as the synopsis might seem, this is actually a good movie that transcends the tropes of a regular cliched thriller to deliver a disturbing film.
